About the position
The Roofing Project Manager at Allstate Exteriors is responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing projects, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. This role requires a seasoned project manager with strong organizational skills and industry knowledge to lead projects from planning to completion, while fostering positive relationships with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Oversee every aspect of roofing projects, from initial planning to final closeout.
- Confirm and review materials to ensure the right fit for each job.
- Ensure projects meet all scope, budget, and quality requirements.
- Maintain a safe and clean job site at all times.
- Conduct final walkthroughs, ensure client satisfaction, and manage payments.
- Foster positive connections with clients, suppliers, and your team.
- Keep a close eye on project progress and report updates to management.
- Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
- Continuously refine and enhance project management practices.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of roofing, siding, gutters, and chimney work.
- Ability to flash and seal brick/stone chimneys effectively.
- Track record of managing projects efficiently and effectively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards and practices.
- Top-notch organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
