About the position

The Roofing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful and timely completion of roofing projects while ensuring high standards of customer service. This role involves coordinating with crews, managing materials, and maintaining communication with homeowners throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Informing crew of scheduled work scope
• Reviewing scope and confirming materials were delivered correctly
• Communicating updates of the progress with the homeowner
• Confirming scope of work with sales and office staff
• Recording pictures of the work
• Supervising the crews install to ensure quality work
• Purchasing and ordering materials as needed
• Invoicing the customer and retrieving the final payment
• Returning extra materials and organizing the stored materials
• Filling out job completion forms at the end of each project

Requirements

• Bilingual
• OSHA 10 certification
• Driver's License
• Construction experience
• Handyman experience
• Facilities maintenance experience
