About the position
The Roofing Project Manager will oversee and enhance roofing projects from planning through completion, ensuring effective communication with crews and clients. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead communication with roofing crews to ensure understanding of project scope and details.
- Address customer questions in person, providing clear and timely information.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and enforce safety compliance.
- Order materials and coordinate delivery for each project.
- Schedule inspections with city inspectors and coordinate timing with crews.
- Manage projects end-to-end, upholding quality standards.
- Pull permits as needed.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and best practices.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
- Roofing experience: 1 year+ (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
