About the position

The Roofing Project Manager will oversee all aspects of roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and leading on-site teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple roofing projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
• Supervise and lead on-site teams, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the roofing or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems and construction processes.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• OSHA certification and other relevant safety training are a plus.
