The Roofing Project Manager at Aslan Corporation is a full-time role focused on overseeing commercial and residential roofing projects. The role involves managing project budgets, ensuring compliance with specifications, and maintaining effective communication with clients and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Operate within the contracted budget of the project, monitor installation quality and cost control to safeguard profit margin.
• Ensure projects are built to requirements and specifications established by construction drawings, manufacturer's guidelines, building codes, and clients.
• Provide Material Submittals when required by clients.
• Manage client communication and invoices.
• Handle change orders with clients and subcontractors.
• Create and manage material and labor orders.
• Utilize the team to manage permitting, manufacturer's warranties, and inspections.
• Communicate handoff points with team and client to create a consistent experience during production.
• Create project folders on complex jobs containing the details needed for the field supervisor to successfully execute quality results.
• Practice effective leadership and delegation to maximize team performance.

Requirements

• Some experience in project management is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with OneDrive and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Acculynx, Xactimate).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Experience in the roofing industry.
