Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial client meeting to project completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including budgets, schedules, and material requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of work.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct on-site visits to communicate progress and address any client concerns.
• Manage client expectations by clearly explaining project timelines and potential challenges.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Farha Roofing's quality standards and all industry regulations.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site, maintaining compliance with OSHA standards.
• Document and address any quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead and coordinate with on-site crews, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings to align the team on project goals and responsibilities.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and support to team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
• Monitor project expenses to ensure they align with the budget.
• Track and approve subcontractor invoices and material costs.
• Identify and mitigate potential cost overruns through proactive planning and negotiation with suppliers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential roofing or construction project management.
• Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and vendors.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and travel to project sites as needed.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Nice-to-haves

• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
• Familiarity with roofing project management software.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Missouri.
