About the position

Aspen Roofing Services is looking for a motivated Roofing Sales Rep/Project Manager to drive sales and deliver exceptional roofing solutions. This role involves generating leads, conducting roof inspections, and securing contracts from homeowners and property managers. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a deep understanding of roofing systems, with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive roof inspections to assess the condition and identify necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Provide detailed and accurate estimates, proposals, and presentations to homeowners and property managers.
  • Educate clients on roofing options, materials, and the advantages of Aspen Roofing Services.
  • Follow up with potential clients, addressing questions and concerns to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, inspections, proposals, and sales using the company's CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
  • Engage in door-to-door canvassing to generate leads and secure appointments with potential clients.
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
  • Experience with in-home sales consultations and door-to-door sales and lead generation is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and the ability to close deals.
  • Ability to conduct thorough and accurate roof inspections.
  • Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and repair/replacement processes.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
