Responsibilities

• Estimate roof repairs and replacements/installation.

• Run leads during regular business hours and occasionally outside of them to close sales.
• Learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and CRMs quickly.
• Maintain a clean driving record and be available for on-the-road work.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of verifiably successful construction or home service sales experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of roofing experience in sales, labor, or a combination of both.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Technologically savvy and capable of learning new systems quickly.
• Ability to walk on roofs, except for the steepest pitches.
