About the position
Rivertop Roofing is seeking a motivated and reliable Roofing Sales Representative to join their team in Richardson, TX. This full-time, hybrid door-to-door sales position offers great earning potential with flexible hours and comprehensive training provided for those without prior experience. The role requires commitment to team meetings and a flexible schedule, including some weekend work.
Responsibilities
- Engage in door-to-door sales to promote roofing services.
- Attend required team meetings, either in-person or virtually, Monday through Friday from 12 PM to 1 PM.
- Set your own schedule after training to maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets by selling roofing jobs and earning commissions.
- Participate in training programs to develop sales skills and strategies.
Requirements
- Motivated and reliable individual with a desire to earn based on performance.
- No prior roofing or construction experience is necessary as comprehensive training is provided.
- Ability to work 40+ hours a week, including 4 to 9 hours on Saturdays.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
