The position offers a lucrative commission structure, allowing successful representatives to earn over $200,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Handle 5-10 new leads daily through inbound inquiries.
• Use satellite software to gather roof measurements and provide estimates over the phone.
• Follow up with leads to schedule in-person appointments for on-site inspections.
• Provide samples, answer client questions, and close deals during appointments.
• Leverage automation tools for timely communication with leads and clients.
• Build and manage a personal sales pipeline, scheduling 1-2 sales meetings per day.
• Deliver a top-tier client experience with clear and accurate information throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Experience in residential roofing sales or estimations is required.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service focus.
• Proactive and organized, able to manage multiple leads without micromanagement.
• Relentless in follow-up efforts to keep leads warm and build relationships.
• Comfortable using software for estimates and lead tracking.
• Strong drive to succeed in a results-driven environment.
