Responsibilities

• Set your own schedule after training, while committing to 40+ hours a week, including some Saturdays.
• Build relationships with customers and provide excellent service to ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets by selling roofing jobs and earning commissions.

Requirements

• Motivated and reliable individual with a desire to earn based on performance.
• No prior roofing or construction experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Ability to work flexible hours and commit to a full-time schedule.
