About the position

DIM Construction & Roofing is seeking two motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representatives to join their team in Atlanta and Augusta, GA. The role focuses on driving sales growth through effective territory management and building strong relationships with clients. Candidates should have a strong background in roofing sales, particularly in residential and/or commercial sectors, and be adept at identifying roof damage and communicating effectively with homeowners and insurance representatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales pitch door-to-door.
• Generate roof inspection appointments.
• Identify potential clients with roof damage and understand their needs.
• Engage in communication with homeowners and their insurance carriers by calling in claims to their homeowner's insurance.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
• Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize sales from existing accounts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in roofing sales, preferably in residential and/or commercial.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques including door knocking, cold calling, upselling, and relationship building.
• Familiarity with software tools that enhance sales processes and customer relationship management: Company Cam, QuickBooks, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
