About the position

As an Outside Sales Representative at HomePro Roofing and Restoration, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success through proactive sales efforts. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to build relationships, and a commitment to achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, developing proposals, and closing contracts, all while maintaining a focus on customer education and market research.

Responsibilities

• Generate and pursue leads to expand the customer base.
• Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop accurate quotes and proposals for roofing services.
• Perform site inspections to gather information for proposals.
• Educate customers on various services including traditional roofing, solar, and fire and water mitigation.
• Network to build relationships that lead to referrals and partnerships.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contract terms effectively to close deals.
• Maintain follow-up communication with clients to address concerns and keep them informed.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

• 1 year of door-to-door sales experience preferred.
• Ability to commute to New Braunfels, TX 78131 is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% is required.
