About the position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work environment. This role focuses on driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and effectively promoting our products and services, particularly in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand client needs.
  • Engage in inside sales activities, including cold calling and follow-ups to generate leads.
  • Present product offerings effectively to clients, showcasing features and benefits tailored to their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for territory management and business development.
  • Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing accounts.
  • Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets regularly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong background in B2B sales with a focus on relationship building.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with market trends and the competitive landscape within the industry.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment.
