Responsibilities

• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
• Conduct in-home consultations with potential customers, assessing their roofing needs and presenting customized solutions.
• Prepare detailed estimates and proposals, ensuring accurate pricing and scope of work.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of C3 American Exteriors and build trust with clients.
• Close sales and manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with customers throughout the process.
• Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems and materials.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
