About the position
The Roofing Superintendent will lead a W-2 crew in managing high-quality roofing projects. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety, maintaining quality standards, and keeping projects on schedule from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, train, and mentor the roofing crew.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and materials.
- Ensure safety protocols and inspect work quality.
- Communicate progress with clients, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Resolve any on-site issues to keep projects running smoothly.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading commercial roofing crews.
- Experience with various roofing systems, including built-up asphalt.
- Ability to read blueprints, climb ladders, and work in all weather conditions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
