Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness of assigned guest rooms, adhering to established time limitations and standards. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service, as you will be responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and addressing guest requests or complaints promptly. In this role, you will keep your work cart orderly and stocked with supplies, inspect room linens, and ensure proper utilization of equipment and guest amenities. Daily tasks will include changing soiled linens, remaking beds, and thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing rooms, balconies, bathrooms, and furnishings. You will be expected to follow safety protocols and maintain confidentiality and security in all guest rooms. Your attention to detail will be essential as you clean various surfaces, remove dust and debris, and ensure that all areas of the room meet our high standards of cleanliness. Additionally, you will be responsible for realigning furniture, replenishing amenities, and completing assignment sheets to track room status. Constant awareness of safety hazards is crucial, and you will report any issues to the appropriate personnel. This position requires physical stamina, as you will engage in frequent walking, lifting, and various physical activities throughout your shift. You will also need to practice safety standards and hotel emergency procedures as necessary. Overall, this role is vital in creating a welcoming and clean environment for our guests, contributing to their overall satisfaction and experience at the resort.
