About the position
As a Room-Ready Civil Foreman, you will lead a small team in the construction and maintenance of cell towers and wireless equipment. This role involves installing, maintaining, and upgrading telecommunications infrastructure while ensuring safety and productivity. You will interact with customers and subcontractors, manage project timelines and budgets, and provide training and guidance to your crew.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team in the construction and maintenance of cell towers and wireless equipment.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade telecommunications cabinets and shelters.
- Complete necessary paperwork and communicate with the construction manager about work progress.
- Review and approve crew's work, providing training and guidance to maximize safety and productivity.
- Manage jobs within the required timeframe and approved budget.
- Track and report material use, manage inventory, and document equipment maintenance.
- Install and test DC and AC power circuits, fiber jumpers, and ethernet cables.
- Perform general construction tasks including site layouts, excavation, and tower assembly.
- Assist on all jobs, including groundwork and tasks required to build and install a site per customer specifications.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus).
- OSHA 30 certification.
- First Aid/CPR training/certification.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Basic computer skills for paperwork submission.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry.

- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
