This includes being attentive to guests' needs, anticipating their requests, and resolving any issues that may arise during service. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Six months previous food and beverage experience in an upscale outlet.
- Ability to perform wait and server standards within a specific time frame.
- Excellent guest relation skills and ability to anticipate guest needs.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- Ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic manner.
