About The Position
The Rooms Division Manager oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of the hotel, which encompasses the Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Property Management. Assuming the responsibilities of the General Manager when the GM is unavailable. This role holds accountability for achieving financial targets, ensuring employee satisfaction and performance, and maintaining high guest service standards.
