Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of audit, review, and other assurance engagements.
• Prepare financial statements and related documents.
• Prepare partnership, corporate, and individual tax returns, and conduct tax planning and consulting procedures.
• Perform analysis of financial and non-financial information for clients.
• Complete assignments within established budget and achieve charge hour budget.
• Participate in approved non-client initiatives to improve firm administration.
• Utilize all firm and department software efficiently.
• Complete accurate, neat, organized workpapers and documents free of errors.
• Represent the firm and build relationships through outside activities.
• Develop and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Develop knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and tax rules, demonstrating good judgment.
• Collaborate with team members to identify client needs and develop solutions.
• Comprehend new issues and perform research to solve complex problems.
• Exemplify Brand Attributes of the Firm and comply with all policies and procedures.
• Seek feedback on performance and enhance professional and technical skills.

Requirements

• BA or BS in accounting or a related field.
• Must be eligible to sit for the CPA exam.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic PC applications (Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team environment.
