The Rotational Custodial Supervisor is responsible for overseeing janitorial crews in North West Alaska, working on a rotational schedule of 21 days on and 21 days off. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring quality service, and liaising with customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial crews of up to 10 persons.
• Lay out daily work schedules for the crew.
• Manage crew performance and productivity.
• Liaise with customer personnel to ensure satisfaction.
• Order supplies as needed for custodial operations.
• Prepare time-cards for crew members.
• Assist crew members with tasks as necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience supervising janitorial crews of up to 10 persons is required.
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with customers.
