About the position

The Rotational Development Program (RDP) at MFS is designed for new graduates from diverse backgrounds to gain comprehensive exposure to the investment management industry. This program aims to attract, develop, and retain future leaders by providing structured mentorship, professional development seminars, networking opportunities, and formal training. Upon successful completion, RDP Associates may be placed in permanent positions based on their interests and business needs. The program will commence in June 2025 and follows a hybrid work schedule from the Boston office.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate through three, eight-month rotations across different areas of Human Resources and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Teams.
  • Support HR Business Partners in implementing talent strategies and HR programs.
  • Assist the Talent Development team in coordinating training programs and supporting talent management objectives.
  • Contribute to the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team's mission to enhance workplace culture and community engagement.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or have obtained an undergraduate degree (Bachelor's).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Quick learner with an interest in human resources, DEI, or investment management.
  • Detail-oriented, team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel & Teams) and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and passion for relationship development.
  • Effective in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and project/people management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with investment management concepts.
