The Finance Rotational Development Program is a structured three-year training initiative designed for recent college graduates who are eager to launch their careers in finance. This program consists of 12-month rotations across various critical areas within the finance department, including Business Support, Functional Support, and Corporate Finance. Participants will gain hands-on experience in diverse functions such as Workforce Solutions, USIS, International Finance, Technology, Operations, External Reporting, Finance Business Intelligence, and Accounting.
