The Rotational Engineering (ROE) Program at FirstEnergy Service Co. is designed for early career engineers to gain diverse experience across various engineering positions within the electric utility industry. This selective two-year program offers personalized coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities, allowing participants to learn valuable technical and professional skills. Engineers will complete four six-month rotations, requiring geographical flexibility, and will ultimately be placed in full-time assignments based on business needs and personal interests.
