Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and ensure proper functioning.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate various types of machinery.
• Experience supervising activities of roustabout laborers.

Nice To Haves

• 3 years of heavy equipment operating experience.
• Valid Class A CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a roustabout crew in performing oilfield services including new well construction and maintenance.
• Operate and maintain field equipment and machinery such as rigs, cranes, forklifts, and tankers.
• Provide hands-on guidance to roustabout laborers and ensure efficient operation of all jobs.
• Perform tasks such as digging trenches, pouring concrete, and installing/repairing fencing.
• Assemble or repair pipelines, flow lines, and other oilfield-related equipment.
• Conduct location cleanup, maintenance, and other housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Complete and document Job Safety Analysis and Pre-Job Safety Meetings regarding possible hazards.
• Communicate effectively with field management regarding jobs, hazards, and crew needs.
