Responsibilities
- Merchandising, stocking, and ensuring proper rotation of products on store shelves and displays.
- Driving sales through the acquisition of new display space and using sales data to establish store-level plans.
- Following up on new account opportunities and building effective customer relationships.
- Introducing new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space within existing accounts.
- Conducting daily route settlement procedures to account for all products, invoices, and cash while maintaining proper inventory counts.
- Driving the company route truck safely and completing DOT daily log and other documentation.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
- Must be able to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods as well as perform frequent reaching and use of fingers.
- 1-3 years of related experience in Direct Sales Distribution (DSD) is preferred.
