About the position

The Route Sales Professional at Bimbo Bakeries USA is responsible for driving sales and ensuring product quality through effective merchandising and customer relationship management. This role involves managing a sales route, maintaining inventory, and executing promotional strategies to maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising, stocking, and proper ongoing rotation of product on store shelves and displays.
• Drive sales through the acquisition of new display space and incremental displays.
• Follow up on new account opportunities and build effective customer relationships.
• Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space.
• Conduct daily route settlement procedures to account for all products, invoices, and cash.
• Drive company route truck safely and complete DOT daily log.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Currently have or be able to obtain a chauffeurs license.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Must be able to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.
• 1 year of related experience in DSD (Direct Sales Distribution) is preferred.

Benefits

• $278 weekly base + commission
• $70,000 - $80,000 Annual Average
