About The Position

The Route Sales Representative is a full-time role focused on delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lay's extensive product line to various local stores. This position involves driving a Frito-Lay truck, working independently to unload orders, merchandise products, and collaborate with store managers to boost sales while maintaining accurate records throughout the day.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by the state.
• Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and sell Frito-Lay products to local stores including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.
• Drive a Frito-Lay truck to different store locations.
• Unload orders and merchandise products at each store.
• Partner with store managers to increase sales and visibility of products.
• Maintain records of sales and orders throughout the day.
• Build relationships with customers to grow sales on the route.
• Participate in training for driving and selling for four to six weeks.
