About the position

The Route Sales Representative is a full-time role responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lay's extensive product line to various local stores. This position involves driving a Frito-Lay truck, working independently to manage orders, and collaborating with store managers to boost sales. The role includes a comprehensive training program and offers a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and sell Frito-Lay products to local stores including gas stations and grocery stores.
  • Unloading orders and merchandising products at each stop.
  • Partner with store managers to increase sales and maintain product displays.
  • Manage records and orders throughout the day.
  • Build relationships with customers to grow sales on the route.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
  • Ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by the state.
  • Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification.
