About the position

RepRally Distribution is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Route Sales Representatives. This role focuses on delivering top-rated products directly from manufacturers to local retailers, with the opportunity to earn significant commissions on sales. Representatives will manage relationships with retail accounts, drive product distribution, and enhance sales through strategic marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Increase distribution of partner products by securing new retail accounts.
• Manage relationships with existing retail accounts to drive volume and ensure proper product merchandising.
• Conduct weekly visits to retail locations for prospecting and selling.
• Develop account velocity through building displays and educating retail employees.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, providing feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in field sales, convenience/grocery store sales, beverage sales, food, or nicotine sales industry.
• Strong network of relationships with independent retail stores.
• Self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Exceptional sales and marketing awareness with strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
