After completing your training, you will be assigned your own established route, allowing you to develop a rapport with your customers and understand their needs better. The role averages about 50 hours a week, with most weekends off, providing a good work-life balance. Compensation for this position ranges from $47,000 to $52,000 per year, with a daily pay of $160 plus commission. The first 12 weeks of employment come with protected pay at $1,030 per week, ensuring financial stability as you transition into your new role.
