About the position

The Route Sales Representative is a full-time role responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito-Lay's products to various local stores. This position involves driving a Frito-Lay truck, unloading orders, merchandising products, and collaborating with store managers to boost sales. The role requires independent work and includes a comprehensive training program to equip new hires with the necessary skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and sell Frito-Lay products to local stores including gas stations and grocery stores.
• Drive a Frito-Lay truck to different locations.
• Unload orders and merchandise products at each store.
• Partner with store managers to increase sales and maintain product displays.
• Maintain records and manage orders throughout the day.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by the state.
• Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification.
