About the position

The Route Sales Representative at Strategic Retail Partners is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing the setup, replenishment, and merchandising of products at local retail stores. This role involves driving a company vehicle to various locations, executing installations of displays, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The position requires independent work within a supportive team environment, focusing on building customer relationships and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Setup, replenish, and merchandise products at local stores on a designated route.
• Drive a company vehicle to various retail locations.
• Execute the installation of displays and promotional materials.
• Provide excellent service to customers and identify opportunities to build relationships and grow sales.
• Order products and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Work independently while being part of a motivated and supportive team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Tech savvy with experience in smartphone apps, Outlook, Excel, and Zoom.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, and/or retail preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, pushing, stooping, and kneeling for extended periods.
