About the position

The Route Sales Representative at Strategic Retail Partners is responsible for managing customer relationships and driving a company vehicle to service local retail locations. This role involves setting up, replenishing, and merchandising products, as well as executing promotional displays. The representative will work independently while being part of a supportive team, focusing on customer service and sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Setup, replenish, and merchandise products at local stores on a designated route.
  • Execute the installation of displays and promotional materials.
  • Provide excellent customer service and identify opportunities to build relationships and grow sales.
  • Order products and maintain accurate inventory.
  • Work independently while being part of a motivated and supportive team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Tech savvy with experience in smartphone apps, Outlook, Excel, and Zoom.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, and/or retail preferred.
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, pushing, stooping, and kneeling.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience in retail sales or merchandising.
