About the position

The Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean at Cintas is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to a designated customer base through regular cleaning services. This role involves driving a company-owned vehicle to various customer locations, maintaining equipment, and building strong relationships with clients. The representative will also be tasked with growing the route by selling additional products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and proactively addressing any inquiries or issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a regular schedule.
  • Drive a customized company-owned step van to and from customer stops throughout the day.
  • Lift and carry equipment into and out of customer accounts.
  • Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customer accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests and proactively solving problems.
  • Clean and maintain the equipment and interior of the vehicle.

Requirements

  • Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
  • Have an active driver's license.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Obtain a DOT medical certification.
  • Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
  • High School diploma, GED, or Military Service.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Possess a positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
