About the position
The Route Service Technician role at Auto-Chlor System involves driving various routes to service existing customers, performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and upselling cleaning products. This position offers comprehensive training and the opportunity to work independently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Drive various routes to visit current Auto-Chlor customers.
- Restock customer products during visits.
- Provide preventive maintenance on commercial dishwasher machines.
- Collect payments from customers.
- Upsell cleaning and disinfecting products to customers.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned routes.
- Mechanical aptitude for performing preventive maintenance on machines.
- Light sales experience or prior experience in upselling is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a reasonably clean driving record.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation every 6-7 weeks.
