About the position
The Route Service Technician at Auto-Chlor System is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by restocking products, performing preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers, and upselling cleaning products. This role involves working independently on assigned routes, with comprehensive training provided to ensure success in the position.
Responsibilities
- Restock customer products during visits.
- Perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwasher machines.
- Collect payments from customers.
- Upsell cleaning and disinfecting products to customers.
- Drive Auto-Chlor vans to assigned locations.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned routes.
- Mechanical aptitude for performing maintenance tasks.
- Light sales experience or upselling skills preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a reasonably clean driving record.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
