Route Service Technician

About the position

The Route Service Technician at Stallion Rents is responsible for operating a company truck to deliver, pick up, maintain, service, or repair portable restrooms and related assets. This role involves working in various weather conditions and may require assisting in different departments as needed. The technician must ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck safely in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a clean truck inside and out.
• Perform daily pre and post trip inspections as per StallionRents procedures and D.O.T. guidelines.
• Report major concerns to the Branch Manager without delay.
• Follow all StallionRents' Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and General Standards.
• Report unsafe situations or service-related issues to the dispatch office.
• Perform tasks assigned by the Field Service Manager, including delivery and pick up of rental equipment and restocking trucks.
• Provide service for customers' portable restroom(s) or related asset(s) by following StallionRents Service Steps.
• Keep work areas in the yard clean and organized and notify the Branch Manager of any hazards.
• Communicate with the Branch Manager regarding items that can hinder a job, such as low inventory or supplies.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Experience in organizational skills is preferred.
