Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing an apartment community.
  • Experience with affordable housing/tax credit properties.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in interior and exterior renovation.
  • Ability to create and maintain financials, budgets, and reporting.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Yardi and/or MRI is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in property management software such as Yardi or MRI.
