Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of multi-family residential communities.
  • Manage financials, budgets, and reporting for the properties.

  • Coordinate and manage interior and exterior renovations as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing an apartment community.
  • Experience with affordable housing/tax credit properties.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Yardi and/or MRI software is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance.
