The position is full-time, requiring availability Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, and includes mileage reimbursement for travel between properties. The pay range for this position is between $25.00 and $26.00 per hour. As a Roving Community Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining financials, budgets, and reporting for the communities you oversee. You will also be involved in both interior and exterior renovations, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and meet the standards of the company. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with residents, staff, and vendors regularly. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate professional-level leadership and customer service skills to foster a positive living environment for residents. The position requires a valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage, as travel between different community locations is a key aspect of the job. Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in property management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience managing an apartment community.
  • Experience with affordable housing/tax credit and/or conventional properties.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to perform professional-level leadership and customer service skills.
  • Prior knowledge and experience in interior and exterior renovation.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Yardi and/or MRI software.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
