You will also be involved in both interior and exterior renovations, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and meet the standards of the company. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with residents, staff, and vendors regularly. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate professional-level leadership and customer service skills to foster a positive living environment for residents. The position requires a valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage, as travel between different community locations is a key aspect of the job.
