About The Position

The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is seeking to fill two entry-level Right of Way Agent I positions in the NOVA District Office. These roles are designed for candidates who are eager to learn about Right of Way disciplines, including laws, policies, and procedures, and who are willing to participate in cross-training rotations with other VDOT divisions. The positions will involve fieldwork and a variable work schedule to understand the project development process better.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a team environment or individually.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and financial management software.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to conduct research and prepare reports.
