About the position

The RPA Business Analyst at CAI will be responsible for eliciting and documenting detailed requirements for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between business processes and technology solutions, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and streamlining workflows through RPA implementations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement RPA solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure successful RPA implementations.
• Elicit and document detailed requirements for RPA projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT.
• Minimum of 5+ years as an RPA Business Analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with process modeling and workflow automation tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Nice-to-haves

• Certification in RPA (such as UiPath Certified RPA BA) is a plus.
