Responsibilities

  • Automate marketing processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to improve efficiency, including data entry and processing tasks.
  • Create and maintain RPA workflows to automate repetitive data entry, report generation, and content management tasks.
  • Input, clean, and manage marketing data across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand process pain points and develop automation solutions that improve data handling and reporting.
  • Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of RPA bots to streamline data flows between marketing systems and databases.
  • Troubleshoot and support automation systems to ensure they are running smoothly.
  • Document automation processes and maintain records of completed tasks.
  • Provide support in gathering and analyzing marketing data to inform decisions and improve performance.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar platforms is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong interest in data entry and automation technologies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for managing and organizing data.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data management.
  • Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or familiarity with automation-related scripting) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for working with marketing data.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with RPA tools or automation platforms is a plus but not required.
  • Interest in marketing processes or previous exposure to marketing automation is helpful.
