About the position

The RPA Developer position focuses on developing and implementing robotic process automation solutions using UIPath for a federal agency. The role requires a current Top Secret clearance and involves working on a secure communications network project that is expected to continue through at least 2030. The position will initially be onsite in Lorton, VA, with potential flexibility to work at other client locations in the DMV area after the first month.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion of projects for federal clients in the DC Metro Area.
• Act as a Business Analyst, Developer, and Solution Architect.
• Inform and enforce technical standards across automation efforts.
• Provide technical insight during presales consultations to assist with RPA adoption.

Requirements

• 2 - 5 years of experience working with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or other RPA software suites.
• 2+ years of experience in Consulting, Financial Services, IT Operations, or Defense industries.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in object-oriented programming (VB, VB.NET, VBA, or C# preferred).
• Knowledge of programming best practices around logical division, portability, documentation, and testing of scripts.
