The RPA Developer at Base-2 Solutions, LLC is responsible for enhancing process improvement and automation across various corporate functions. This role involves designing and building customized automations to support applications, systems, and services, ensuring efficiency in areas such as financial management, human capital, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Designs and builds customized automations based on detailed process mapping.
• Proficiently uses multiple software packages to build automations in development, testing, and production environments.
• Configures, trains, and builds automations with varying levels of complexity.
• Utilizes UiPath for automation development, though proficiency is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in automation and process improvement.

• Experience with UiPath or similar automation tools.
