About the position

The RPA Senior Programmer/Developer Lead is responsible for designing and implementing automation processes to enhance operational efficiency within the organization. This role involves scripting and coding in RPA tools, particularly UiPath, and guiding the development and integration of systems. The position emphasizes Agile methodologies and requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills to deliver effective automation solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization
  • Scripting and coding in RPA tool (UiPath) to resolve automation issues
  • Reviewing the code and design, guiding in the development and integration of systems
  • Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools
  • Documenting the automation procedures
  • Demonstrating Agile & Lean values to foster teamwork and improve effectiveness
  • Translating business requirements into functional requirements and designing solutions
  • Validating and deploying solutions while contributing to organizational change and training
  • Maintaining and optimizing existing solutions by providing level 3 support

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in RPA (UiPath)
  • Strong understanding of OOP concepts
  • Experience in creating detailed business plans and sales strategies
  • Ability to analyze sales and market data to set targets
  • Experience in networking and prospecting for potential customers
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in an Agile environment

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop)
  • Familiarity with Corporate Data Lake
  • Knowledge of Azure Data Lake and Azure Databricks
  • Scripting skills in JavaScript or Shell scripting
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and REST APIs
  • Certification in UiARD (Advanced certified RPA Developer)
