About The Position

We are seeking an experienced RPA Solution Architect to define and design end-to-end RPA architectures for automation solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment with business goals and IT standards while developing scalable and reusable frameworks and components for automation. This role involves collaboration with business analysts and process owners to gather and document business requirements, conducting process assessments to identify automation opportunities, and leading RPA developers through project execution. The candidate will also be responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating automation workflows to ensure quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in RPA development and implementation
• Proven track record as an RPA Solution Architect or similar role
• Hands-on experience with leading RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere
• Proficiency in Python programming language
• Strong background in solution architecture, process analysis, and workflow design
• Experience with enterprise IT systems (APIs, databases)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
