About the position
The RPA BOT Developer position is focused on designing, configuring, and deploying scalable RPA solutions using UI Path frameworks. The role is ideal for a problem-solver with a passion for enhancing IT and digital services within State government, particularly in the Unemployment Insurance domain. The developer will be responsible for developing complex SQL queries, gathering requirements, and ensuring optimal bot performance while supporting testing and documentation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy RPA solutions
- Develop and optimize SQL queries
- Analyze data, document workflows, and manage project deliverables
- Guide and mentor junior developers
- Interface with technology and business teams to translate requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years in RPA development with UI Path
- Strong SQL skills and API integration experience
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC
- Experience establishing RPA Centers of Excellence
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's in Computer Science
- Knowledge of .NET, C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience in cloud-hosted environments, security remediation, and business analysis
- Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple initiatives
